ABOUT THE WINE: Recaredo’s Intens Rosat is the first biodynamic cava ever to receive the Demeter seal of approval. Practising biodynamic viticulture and the presentation of the first biodynamic cava are not ends in themselves, but rather a reflection of our commitment to build an honest, transparent relationship with nature in order to achieve wines of the utmost quality, with excellent structure and aging potential – in short, wines that serve as ambassadors for the land where they originate.
