Blanco de Hornillos

Blanco de Hornillos is made from ripe, un-fortified Palomino must ‘vino de pasto’ from all three of the Callejuela vineyard sites (Macharnudo, Añina, Sanlúcar de Barrameda). The 2021 was a spectacular vintage that drinks like a glass of sunshine with notes of pineapple rind, sunscreen, sea foam and beach vibes. Ripe fruit with an Albariza edge pungency enhance the region’s umami fame. The taste of pure Palomino juice, without the process influence of “sherry”.
