ABOUT THE WINE: A truly compelling orange wine! Albariño grapes are harvested by hand, and juice spends 15-20 days with skin contact to extract the fullest flavor and texture. During this time it spontaneously ferments with wild yeasts. Aged on the lees for 3 months in stainless steel, then bottled unfiltered, unfined, and sulfite free.
TASTING NOTES: Noted by the producer as "An Albariño with a twist!" This orange wine is fresh with salty, mineral characteristics, and notes of apricot, orange, cooked apple and herbs.
