ABOUT THE WINE: These grapes are grown in a Mediterranean vineyard on gentle hills. Surrounded by pines, holm oaks and olive trees on the edges, on a blanket of rosemary, fennel and thyme. Limestone soil, 900M altitude. Organic, vegan.
TASTING NOTES: Bright golden yellow. Medium-high intensity, hints of white flowers and citrus notes and honey.
