A much fresher and approachable Toro than most, classified as their village wine. Old and ungrafted (pie franco) vines of Tinta de Toro with Garnacha, grown in sandy soils from their own vineyards in Villaester. Harvested by hand followed by whole-cluster fermentation with indigenous yeast for 10 weeks. Aged in 3000L foudres and oak demi muids for 16 months. Full- bodied, yet vibrant & juicy with a ton of character and length.
